If you have dedicated internet connection, MDS will ship you a laptop and headset before your first day. You’ll train from home for 2 weeks before joining our virtual call center floor as a Communication Specialist.

Onsite Opportunities
Start in our Mesa, AZ or
Oshkosh, WI call centers.
Live in Arizona or Wisconsin? Begin training in one of our call centers. After completing trainee status, you’ll have the option to continue onsite or transition to working from home if eligible.
Training typically takes 6–10 weeks (8 weeks on average).
